This Privacy Policy explains how Spin360 (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Spin360 mobile application (the “App”).

1) Information we collect

When you create an account or use the App, we may collect:

2) How we use your information

We use your information only to operate and improve the App, for example:

• To create and manage your account
• To communicate important service messages (e.g., account or class-related notices)
• To provide app features related to dance classes (registration, schedules, attendance, etc.)
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues

3) Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

We may share limited data only in these situations:

• Service providers that help us operate the app (e.g., hosting, authentication), only as needed to deliver the service
• Legal requirements if we must comply with law, regulation, or valid legal process
• Safety & fraud prevention to protect users and the service

4) Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5) Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the App, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6) Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us to remove it.

You can:

• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data
• Delete your account (if the feature exists in-app) or email us a deletion request

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.

Credits System

Spin360 uses a credit system to allow students to access dance classes and services within the application.

Credits are not purchased inside the mobile application. All credits are assigned and managed manually by the Spin360 administration office.

• Users cannot purchase credits through the app.
• Credits may be granted by the academy administration for registered students.
• The app only displays and uses credits that were already assigned to the user's account.

Because no payments are processed inside the app, Spin360 does not collect or store any payment information.
